Consultation Appointments
Fittings and consultations are conducted by appointment. We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, particularly during competition season.
Finding Us
Our workshop is located in the historic market town of Burford, often called the gateway to the Cotswolds. The Old Mill sits on the Stow Road, approximately half a mile from the town centre.
By Car
From the A40, take the Burford exit and follow signs to town centre. Continue through High Street and turn onto Stow Road (A424). The workshop is on the left after approximately 400 metres. Client parking available on site.
By Public Transport
The nearest railway station is Charlbury, approximately 9 miles distant. Bus services connect Burford with Oxford and Cheltenham. We recommend arranging transport from the station in advance.
Workshop Visits
Clients are welcome to visit our workshop during the tailoring process. Observing construction provides deeper appreciation of the craftsmanship invested in each garment.
We also welcome preliminary visits for those considering commission. Seeing our working environment and meeting our team often helps inform decisions about bespoke attire.
All visits require advance appointment to ensure appropriate staff availability.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all enquiries within two working days. During peak competition season (April through September), response times may extend slightly due to increased workshop activity.
For urgent matters relating to existing orders, please reference your order number in correspondence to expedite response.
Workshop visits and consultations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients travelling significant distances should confirm appointments 48 hours prior to arrival.
